Some newly synthetized compounds belonging to the class of alkaloid ethylene imines and those know but not subjected to the test for antiviral selection were studied.

The in vitro, in ovo and in vivo experiments detected the substances (ukrain, amitozin. colchamine-thiotepa, thiotepa) with developed antiviral effect relative to the influenza A/H3N2/virus strain Port Chalmers 1/73. In the work we used 1-10-100 ID50 0,1 ml. The virus was injected nuabering 1-10-100 EID50 per embrion. The approbation in vivo was carried out on mice at 16-13 g of mass. LD50 for mice have been determined by probit-analysis method, therapeutic concentrations, have been used,. which compouse 1/10 out of LD50 .

The preparations possess an inhibitory action with insignificant toxicity for the studied systems. The antigrippe action was revealtd by T alkilic agent, in this case tiophosphamide, in all systems. The comparative study of the main component of alkaloid sum and of 2 products of their modification ( amitosine and Ukraine ) showed a great perspective of creating remedies using such method.

Especially worth paying attention to the Ukrain preparation, which may be recommended as a potential antivirus remedy with the ail of widening the choice of preparations with an antiviral action.
